Online Booking / Credit Card Authorization

All bookings will require a 20% deposit that is charged on the day of booking with a credit card. 

Cancellations

Reservations can be made or rescheduled, and cancelled online.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. In the event that 48 hours isn’t provided, the deposit will be retained as payment for the reservation. There are no refunds on reservations if cancelled. The deposit will be held as a credit toward the next
appointment or product purchase.

Please note that no-shows and no notice will require a 50% charge placed on your account.

Repeat cancellations will lead to forfeiture of the ability to schedule again.

Change of Mind

Please ensure you are clear on the services booked as the deposit is non-refundable but can be used for future appointments or products

Moving Reservations

Once your reservation has been made you can move the date and time on ONE occasion, more than 48 hours before the reservation time. The deposit will be held as a credit toward the next appointment or product purchase that must be used within 2 months of cancellation.

Late Arrival

It is important to arrive 5 minutes early for appointments as this may limit our time with you if you are arriving late

Courtesy Reminders

You will receive an email and SMS reminder 48 hours prior to your reservation. Confirm with us at least two days before your reservation to ensure your time is held.

Mobile Phones

To ensure your comfort, all phones must be silenced or turned off while in the treatment.

Right to Refuse Service

We retain the right to refuse service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to frequent cancellations, lateness, failure to comply with the policies included in this document, improper behavior, intoxication, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service or service technician.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice

Prepaid Series

Package validity periods are advised in each description and will automatically expire after the advertised number of days. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

When you prepay a series of treatments, they’re to be performed in a certain time frame, specific to each series and stated at the time of sale.  This ensures you get the results promised.

If you need to cancel a treatment that was part of a prepaid series, the same rules apply as any other treatment: 48 hours notice or you forfeit your deposit.

Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We are committed to providing our clients with professional service in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. With due care and skill, using the finest products available we provide thorough post-care advice and education on how to maintain the results of your treatment at home.  How you take care of your skin is important and how you care for your skin in the time between treatments will determine the outcome of your in-salon treatments. We cannot guarantee results if you choose not to follow the recommended pre and post-treatment advice or use unsuitable skincare products. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the results of your treatment, let us know during your treatment, or within 24 hours after your service has been performed and we will rectify it at no extra charge at a time suitable for us both as close to the original appointment as possible.

Children

Children are not permitted in the salon unless they have an appointment and are accompanied by an adult. Written consent is required from a parent or legal guardian for services on any child under 18 years of age.  Parents of minors are required to attend and must remain in the studio for the duration of the service.

Informed Consent & Duty to Inform

Before your reservation, we will email you a consultation form. If there are any health concerns or doubts about your medical care or skin lesions please have written permission from your physician before you book.

Whilst in treatment if you are feeling unwell or discomfort that is not expected please alert your therapist or RN
